Yeah, go to an adult, and if you can print screen any facebook pages where he has threatened you as proof, this kind of behaviour is just wrong, hope it all works out for you.

seriously man. that happened to me last year. the best way to deal with it is i told the POLICE. he was transferred, and that was put on his permenent record. no college for him! message me if you want to talk about it with someone that has experience with this. :)

First of all, tell your parents or legal guardian.
Second, like thedarkmunk said, print screen shots and any type of proof you have.
Third, contact the kid's parents via a phone book to find their number or however else to tell them as I doubt the parents would agree with his choice.
Fourth, contact the school and tell them.
Fifth, tell the police.

Do these all in the same day if possible to allow all parties involved an ample amount of time to decide their course of action.
