Any form of muscular tissue has been designed miraculously to stretch, even when you are using the bathroom, it stretches to allow the passing of bowels.

If your question if it's gonna loosen it, then logically as the collagen wears off with age and your muscle elasticity reduces, then yes it would happen, regardless if it has to do with anal.

It's possible that anal pushes it to a higher tolerance level, thus it should be a little painful at first.

of course it stretches, but it will retract to its original state. just think of how much it stretches when you use the bathroom, same sort of thing
