Ok, I'm a Super Late Bloomer and somethings like i have 3 baby teeth left i have a below average penis im really short (4'10") i still have baby fat gosh, but anyway, If your a late bloomer post wat ur late at or something like that get it off your chest it feels GOOD!

Ur not that late really. I was that tall at 13 and contrary to popular belief on here the average for a 13 year old is not 6-8 inches as most 13 year olds say they are so ur fine. Just keep growing cuz u can't really be considered late until your like 16 with no pubes.

u aint a late bloomer, and in responce to the person above, some 13 year olds r larger, some are smaller. the average is like 4 inches long when hard.
