Puking it up = purging which could definitely be an ED. Even if it's not, eating once in 4 days is not healthy at all.
Talk to someone about getting help.

That sounds like an eating disorder to me. But it's better to get a professional diagnosis. But of course, I understand that not everyone has access to one. I don't know if this thread will help you but it may.

Sorry for the late reply, hun. I had math tuition(I know. I'm a dork). I don't have health insurance either. I didn't even know it covered eating disorders. My mum spends -hundreds- on sessions that don't work. I feel horrible but... Yeah, well. It makes her feel like she's making up for what she did.

Sometimes you can actually convince yourself that you're not hungry. I convinced myself I wasn't hungry and that I hated "bad" food. But I went pretty extreme. Some people do that though.

That's not a good sign at all.
Some people have days where they just aren't hungry, but it is dangerous and unhealthy to go days without eating. I really do think you have an ED, but we can't diagnose you.
I hope you can get some help somehow.

Whats the point of even getting diagnosed. you have it or u dont a doctor saying you do or dont doesnt change what you have.

Well, hun, it makes a difference. I remember when I first stepped on the scale since I went on my "diet". It was at a doctor's office. It read 76 pounds. I cried. My mother cried. I cried some more. Then I dropped a little further. A little more. And more. Until, finally, they put me on a drip and then I lost some more. And decided "Hell, I can't live like this anymore".
Trust me. It makes a difference. Self-diagnosis is not a good idea. Did you know if you starve too much and lose weight, you'll actually -want- to keep on starving? That's why it's so hard for anorexics and bulimics to recover.
I struggling with relapse. I'm sorta on this rope, trying to cross from World of Skeletons to World of Freedom and right below me's a pit fall back to Skeleton world. I'm literally hanging on by a thread.
You don't want to go there. Please, ask for help.

Honey, try eating disorder books. Read them like bibles. Abide by them like they're your bibles. They helped me through a lot. And I'm here if you ever need me.

there are times i go days without eating also, but as these guys have said, it's not healthy. i don't purge or anything, i'm just not hungry. i have snack foods that are high in protein and things so when i'm not hungry i have that as a filler. maybe something to think about.

Eat as much as you can bear or digest easily or could inhale and exhale air into your lungs. Eating disorder is not good for health. So please try to avoid this to prevent you from a lot of diseases.

Eating disorder can be in both the ways like less eating or more eating and eating more than three times a day.
Eating three times a day is normal eating habit and is better for health.
