1) depends, usually in my hand then clean it or in a handkerchief amd then toss it away in the toilet.
2) yes, completely safe. Just don't go around with those boxers on because your body heat could make the sperm smell pretty noticeable.
3) toilet above trash bin, as it goes somewhere noone's gonna end up by any chance (like dropping something in the trash bin and ending up with your hands in someone's jizzy tissue).
