tiny black spot

I have a tiny black spot just at the very top of my upper lip and it has been there for quite a while and there seems to be another one coming through in the middle of the top of my upper lip, i was just wondering if anyone else has one or did have one and what they are ?

i think these guys nailed it. a visit to the doctor seems in order. unless it's just a pimple. and i hope it doesn't hurt. good luck!

it doesnt hurt, i dont know what it is ? its been there for months and ive just really been getting concerned about now, because i dont want it there lol, also ive noticed another one on my chin, so i just want to know how to get rid of it
