So, my family and I are seriously considering having me go to an Australian university after I finish high school here in the United States. There are a lot of benefits to moving over there, mainly the lower tuition prices and the life experience of living in my native country, something I haven't done since I was 3.

Moving back there isn't a problem, since I'm an Australian citizen and I have family and my parents still own a house in Perth. However, I was just curious as to whether or not there would be any difficulties in the process. I'm not really sure how compatible the American public education system is with the Australian university system.

Any advice? Google is shit.

I'm not quite sure about the system but I am sure that each university would have an international student policy. And as for Aussie unis it all depends on what you want to do really, some of our universities are great for some things but not really good for other industries.

Universities are weird. They're different in each country. If I remember correctly when I was looking around at New Zealand universities for web development/design half of them had a different structure than the others.
