View Full Version : Approaching girls at a dance

At most of the clubs I go to, the music is always blasting really loud and it makes it difficult to hear a few words being yelled from a foot away, let alone have a conversation with someone. When I see a cute girl on the dance floor that I would like dance/grind with, I'm not sure how to approach her. I don't want to be a creepy guy that just walks up behind a girl to grind without getting any form of approval first. Does anyone have any ideas or advice for me?
Thanks in advance.

Welcome by the way and really all I have ever done in that situation is ask, would you like to dance? Simple as that.

just ask her, you need to get close like at her shoulder and talk very clearly.

Its kinda tough to want to be noticed especially if you are just a face in the crowd,
But as thus, it seems the best way to get a dance out of it would be to just ask, or perhaps offer to buy them a drink, before hitting actually the dance floor.
Buying a drink is the most common ice breaker, but well, its pretty effective, especially when i want to get to know people i dont know.
Its always better than cheesy pick up lines, i.e your hair looks good, you look blah blah..
Its not as if they dont know. :D
Good luck

Speaking as a girl I deffinitely agree!
But as a general rule, most girls love to dance but many don't like dancing alone, so instead, try approaching one at the bar and ask them to dance, you'll probably get more saying yes that way.
But do not start grinding as soon as you get on the floor, you will probably get a slap :D
