i don't have to say it. you already did. anyway, don't ask questions if you don't want real answers. don't ask questions when you already know the answer. because the fact is, no one knows when your hair will grow in, not even you or a doctor.

Maximum of 3 years, probably before that though.

none of us can tell, simply because, EVERY ONE IS DIFFERENT
but if it comforts you to be given an uneducated and to be frank, pointless estimation, 1-2 years

If you think everyone is going to say that everyone is different, you'd be right. There is no way for any of us to pinpoint when you will stop developing in a certain phase, so don't even bother asking us not to.
But if you want an answer which I am pulling from the sky, anywhere from 1-10 years. :P

Give it two years and it will be very visible. And brown hair is easier to see than blond hair, for pits anyways.

You already answered your own question. Wait, be patient and then post it when it happens. Puberty stops anywhere between 18-21 so given that 5-8 years you should be fairly certain of most stages of puberty are complete and you will be able to see the almost adult "you"

I'd give it a few months. I got mine when I turned 12 and in two months they were visible from across the room.
