so I've always been into dating different cultures but it just pegs me that i don't see enough of other people dating outside their race.

whats your opinion?

Being raised in East Texas I have been told that it is extremely wrong to date outside of your race. But, now that I think about it, I realize the only two races I have ever noticed as being "wrong" was a black person and a white person. I don't really think I believe this anymore seeing as I am my own person and can decide for myself. I have white friends who have married black people and I think no different of it.

I don't think there's much of a problem. If I did then I would have to have a problem with same sex relationships, which I don't! So. I think it's fine. To a point.

This shouldn't even be a question, of course there's no problem.

This, I mean you may be attracted to some races more than others, but when it comes down to it... It's the person in the skin that matters.

In my opinion there's no problem with that. Its how you feel about that person and what they mean to you that counts.

This can be a hot topic, so I will just throw out my two cents.

I'm a white gay guy, and I'm not attracted to Hispanic or African American guys. And someone actually accused me of being a racist because of this! How absurd. It just means I am not "attracted" to that type of guy. It doesn't mean I hate them or anything. To be honest, I don't have a racist bone in my body.

I have zero problems with inter-racial dating, whether it's straight, gay, or bi.

We learn in kindergarten that skin color doesn't matter. At least, I did.
If anybody thinks differently, that's just ridiculous.

I mean, yeah you can have preferences, just like you would prefer a certain hair color or eye color, but to think it's "wrong" is just silly, imo.

Why.... Just Why ?

because i like girls of my own race. i don't like when there are mixed races. if people wanna do it, it's their choice, but as i said, it's not for me.

I don't see anything wrong with it. If you really like that person, then it shouldn't matter what race they are...

You obviously know you better than I do, But I hope you don't end up missing a wonderful girl because of her race.

i'm not worried about it. number one, i hope the girl i'm with will be my lover for life. she's older than i am and i'm only 14, but it's very serious. incredibly serious.

Eh... I hope that it works out, But I think that's kind of naive to think you'll be with that person the rest of your life. But hey.. Prove me wrong I guess.

We learn in kindergarten that skin color doesn't matter. At least, I did.

My kindergarten class wasn't taught this purely for the fact that we had NO BLACK STUDENTS at all. Because of where I live our Hispanic population is a lot denser then the black population. It's a lot more common out here to see girls running around with a mexican than it is to see them with someone black or chinese (Uh...Asian Population-0). In all honesty, my entire town might just be racist. Because they're more okay with a White/Hispanic mix than anything.

Once again, pointing out, I'm fine with it. Now.

To me, its not where they are from, or what colour their skin is, I like the person for who they are, no matter who they are

A persons race should have nothing to do with it. I think it's wrong that people can be so narrow minded.

Personally I don't really date many people so Havnt had the chance.

i always see myself having a relationship with other race.. but about your question.. all people have different taste , and it actually depends on your standard for a guy or girl.. there are people who is attracted with the same race and others are more attracted to other race.. love knows no boundaries :)
