have you ever heard of Legacy ragnarok?! yeah!that's right! i'm an online computer gamer! i spend most of my time talking to the moon as they say! i pend my time playing computer games! i play ragnarok most of the time and one day i stumbled over this game legacyRO and it was SOOOOOOOOO cool! but soon it just vanished like it never existed before! how can those games just vanish out of nowhere?! can anyone help me?!

You were playing a private server for Ragnarok Online. I won't bother checking myself, but it's pretty well possible that the server died because the administrators/GMs stopped supporting it. Private servers come and go all the time.
