I haven't seen it but I'm guessing that it's some form of gay stereotype and therefore the answer is no. That's like asking if every straight guy has a similar personality or every lesbian.

OMG no, I am nothing like him. He is such a stereotype that it annoys the crap out of me. No one would ever guess that I was gay unless I told them first.

I've actually seen an interview with Chris, and even he admits his character is a bit over the top.
