Still deciding if I like this one (or not) yet. I've done a little editing, but I'm sure it could still use some more. Haven't thought of a title...
A smile's plastered on my lips
A kiss of death, a poisoned wish
Ribbons of blood and thoughts on hold
This fading life is getting old
The flames that once burned in my eyes
Are now the ones that burn my lies
Look deep into this empty soul
And see a void that pain calls home
This razorblade held to my wrist
Lets me know I won't be missed
Steal away my hopes and dreams
As life seeps out all through the seams
Hammer hurt into my heart
With nails of hope that's torn apart
Test my will to stay alive
If I can't live, I'll just survive
