During school I got really bad exam results and I went to college to do them again. Now I keep thinking I am doing them even worse and last night I attempted to hang myself of the beams in my room. Should I get help?

Yes, you should seek help. I would suggest private therapy...it works. Please don't try to kill yourself again! Grades are important, but there is so much to a person than the measure of their success in school. Your grades will only get you so far and definately will not get you everything in life. It's up to you to make a difference for yourself. More importantly, you are important. Sounds redundant, but it's true. Please don't think that you have to kill yourself over a slip up in school. There is still time left to make up for your mishap.

Grades are not the be all and end all. Yes seeking help is the best thing you can do at the moment. You obviously need some support.

Yes, by all means seek help! I see that you live in the UK which means that you can probably get free one-on-one sessions from the NHS if you go and see a doctor.
In the mean time, if you ever feel suicidal try ringing the Samaritans on 08457 90 90 90 (they sound like a religious organisation but they're not) or (depending on how old you are) ChildLine on 0800 1111.

Yea, grades are important, but not that important! You shouldn't worry. And yes, get help. :)

Please don't do that again. You mean more to people then your grades.
