Did you ever get the sex talk?

Did you ever get the talk with your parents about sex and/or puberty?
I never did and I learnt from other sources, thought I wish I did.

EDIT: Not that it's too late for me, but it'd be akward at 15.

I never did, and I don't think it's necessary either. It's better to learn from sources that aren't that embarrasing.

I agree, but it's hard to find honest answers on the internet all the time.

I did,
Happened early last year, where all was still a mystery for me.
Was with my mum and i was literally asking her how babies came about, and stuff.
I even asked her if the sperm had to be drank in order for it to reach the ovum.

And now i understand how awkward it actually is to ask mum such questions.

Impressive how much in a year a person is able to change.

nope no "talk" here lol, yes i got pointers from a few 6th years but thats it ha. now that i think i know enough about it, i try and give the "talk" to other students who are in a similar position to that of the positin i was in :)

mainly got the talk from my mentor. no one else would help me out. so my mentor stepped up and explained what was going on. to this day, if i have a question, i go to him. he's been the consistent in my life.

well I've gotten it from my mom two or three times...
and after I came out my gramma tried to give it to me, but she said she didn't understand gay sex too much so she just made sure I "had somebody to talk to" (my friends older brother :P) and gave up

My dad gave me the "talk" after he caught me wanking the nite before. It was really kind of awkward cause stuff he was talking about I had already done experimenting with my best friend and I couldn't tell him, Look I already know that. LOL I kinda just tuned him out.

when i was in the children's home we had sex talks, but that was when i was like 9. i've been in a foster home now for the last 5 years and it's never come up.

When I was 11 my dad took me to the doctor, and the doctor did the "grab your balls and cough" so I dropped my pants in front of my dad. He noticed my few pubes, and on the way home, in the car, out of nowhere "if you have sex wear a condom. They're in the second drawer in the bathroom"

I had the sex talk from my friends older brother, he gave both of us all the information we needed together, it was real cool of him. Glad I didn't have "the talk" with my parents!
