Babies can't masturbate because they can't experience sexual pleasure. While they can get erections, yeah, due to increased blood flow, that's not because they're horny or anything - just because it feels good doesn't mean they're having a wank. Orgasm can only really be achieved when one is sexually gratifying themselves, hence there is a level of development mainly in terms of hormones to achieve it. Oh, and MANswers isn't a great source - you shouldn't be getting answers like that from a TV programme, especially a comedy one.

Bud, I'm not arguing with you. :) I'm just saying babies cannot masturbate because masturbation is only touching ones genitals (erect or not) for sexual gratification which babies can't experience as they don't have the hormones that control that. I guess it depends how you see masturbation... :P
