Well, the thing is some people don't say it how it really is. They just stretch it a tiny bit. Some people just can't shoot their sperm, also you are only 13. You never know you could later on in life.

Sperm all is amounts, some people produce a lot of sperm, some do not. Don't always base it on pornographic videos online. Give it some time, you're still young. Also total amounts vary on a few different factors. Hydration, what you eat, age, how many time you jack off a day/week.

It could happen later on, just because you started early doesn't mean everything will come right away. You can be 5 ft 11, 150 pounds, deep voice, have pubic hairs, but still have the penis of a 11 year old. Puberty has random stages, all happen at different times. Just give it time.

starting at 13 isn't real early, i got a book about puberty from life ed. it says anyone can hit from 9-15. boys normaly 10-15, girls 9-13. and it says the average boy hits puberty at 11, i think i did. but 13s normal. anyway, ur answer, i don't think everyone shoots, i just dribble alot personaly.
