Blog you mean? lol, Yeah I think so most things you need a certain number of posts to access to prevent spamming and what not.

If you do, I believe there is a 5 post minimum to have a blog.

To confirm, you need at least 5 posts (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showpost.php?p=1336100&postcount=6) to create a blog.

Seeing as you are over the limit now, you should be able to create a blog now.
