Ummm....
This is probally a internet connection or text encoding problem. The internet connection is either too slow or disconnects in between usage. This is probally ur problem.
The text encoding, your browsers are asking for the page using text encoding that the server doesn't understand, I suggest you change your default encoding to utf-8.

Go to Command Prompt (Start> Run> "cmd.exe") and type in "ping youtube.com"
Post the results of that in here.

Edit the C:\WINDOWS\systeme32\drivers\etc\hosts file, and remove every line that doesn't start with #, except the following two ones, if they exist:
127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost
It is likely that your hosts file was previously modified by a malware/adware, trying to divert calls to popular websites for its own purposes. Do not forget to display hidden files and folders, as it is quite possible the hosts file was made hidden.
If you cannot edit the hosts file and get denied from writing changes to it, you have to (re)take ownership of it first: see this (http://forum.soft32.com/win4/modified-host-file-ftopict146421.html) on how to do it.

I was thinking that, which is why I wanted to confirm via a Ping request that it really was changed, instead of having him edit something that *may* not need to be edited.

If you wind up having a malware/adware problem, use the combo of a program called rkill (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/rkill) and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Run rkill, then use MBAM. Should get rid of the problem, if you do in fact have an infection.

What? No....that's certainly not it.

Remember that it might not have that "e" on it, unless it's a French system ;)

Even French systems don't... I merely made a typo ;)
