Why is it so hard for bi guys to meet people? and what/how would e good ways to meet them?

i think it might be hard because they attracted to 2 different genders, and if theyre with a girl one day they might want a guy and if theyre with a guy they might want a girl. so its like a hormonal rollocoaster. So i say just put your self out there, and good luck
