there was probably more to it than that. unfortunately you're gonna take and get a lot of hate/discrimination in your life. i'd like to tell you different, but ya know, that'd be a lie. for them to fire you over sitting in a chair, that's crap, and it would actually result in a warning, so, there was some other reason to fire you since you are probation. there has to be something better than, oh she was texting and sitting in the chair.

I wish I had a job at kfc...
Anyway.. That's not really a valid reason to fire you, like people have said are you sure there wasn't anything else? If you're obviously trans I hate to say it but it may have been an issue of discrimination. Sadly that's not against the law in some states. (Discrimination based only on Sexuality/gender identity is somehow okay where if it involves race it's horrible (Which it is but both are) )

It's alright Tyler, sounds like your co-workers didn't really introduce you into the job properly and didn't do very well. There are other jobs around with more accepting and friendly co-workers who hopefully will teach you the ropes a bit - that certainly was an easy mistake to make and wasn't fair on you.

that's part of the discrimination you'll face being loyal to who you believe you are. get used to it now, cause it's not stopping anytime soon. maybe in the future, but not yet. it's going to take time and patience on your part and societies part.
