im a ocean lifeguard, this is my 3rd summer. alot of times when someone comes up to the stand with a jelly fish sting we tell them to rub wet sand on it to remove the tenticals, then wash it with fresh water and let time cure it and give them cream. BUT since this happened a week ago buy some hydrocortozone cream for with will remove the burn and itching feeling. And you can always ask you doctor about it and they can prescribe some cream. You probally cant do much about the red bumps but give it time. I hoped i helps and good luck!

a jellyfish stung your goods. just think of the laughs this will get from your sons when you become a dad. " now son, when swimming in the ocean be careful of the jellyfish. you wouldn't know it, but they sting through your shorts! i know. " anyway, yea.

I'd tell you to pee on it...
But, seeing as how that's out of the question, the medication that the lifeguard mentioned earlier is probably the best way to go, visit a doctor as well if you want. It's probably a good idea to fix this ASAP lest you have some damage done.
Damn, man, that's harsh.

Couldnt have put it any better myself!
I am also an ocean beach lifeguard and i also do first aid... and someone got stung in the neck and stopped breathing, and im not trying to sound like a hero or anything, because its my job, but the other day, we rescued this lady and she couldnt breathe, the family kept like freaking out, and she actually went unconsious. myself and my team saved her life. the sting was in her throat... and we also used an alochol based cream.... it was very strong, and infact this was my first almost fatal rescue.... i wouldnt use this cream on your penis tho... it would burn so bad. alls i can say it to try hydrocortozone like he said, and give it time... it will go away.. ive noticed that the wet sand trick actually works better when its had some time... so i think i would try that too!
good luck. feel better bro!
