CSS problem

When I play counterstrike, its on the main menu to, but when I play this things come out of my crosshair, its hard to play what they are, but ya know, this big things kind of like lightning but not really, does anyone know what this problem is

Any chance you could post some screen shots of the problem? Not realy too sure what you're on about.
