Not trying to discourage you but you have no hope. You're a teenager and during puberty our hormones rage and makes us sex crazed which results pretty much 100% of the time in masturbation. Just accept it for what it is and try to enjoy it. You probably can stop if you don't think about it and not let yourself, but to be honest probably for only like a week.

well quite frankly your doomed from the start if you try to stop completly. what you can do is try to cut back gradually until you can go every other day. at least thats what id do.
