ok, im 15 and my penis is 7 inches when erect and the girth is 5.75 inches but thats from masturbating. I want to know if when i actually have sex will it be even bigger? Another thing is, when i get an errection through masturbating, my foreskin dosent go back unless i have some sort of lubricant, will it go further back during sex?

Well I don't know about it being bigger during sex: the only reason I could think of would be a higher level of arousal but I highly doubt it. As far as tyour foreskin is concerned, there will be natural lube in the vagina, so I suppose that will help, and don't forget your foreskin might well loosen in time.
