I tried webmd, it just listed std's. This is like getting a hicky on your neck, but down there. I just wanted to know if anyone else did this and how long the pain lasts.

It could be due to abrasion, or prolongued sucking, causing a minor blood clot, if it does not go away in a day or so, i suggest you see a physician, he would be the best to advise.

Is there any pain when urinating?

It's alot better today, but still a little red. I talked to my dad about, he just laughed and said don't worry it will go away. He said he did the same thing when he was younger, just stay away from the shop-vac for a while.
