Well some of you might of read my previous post about gaining muscle and such but as the title says I need some good pec workouts. It's sad because my stomach sticks out farther than my chest and I'm skinny! I would post a pic but that's probably banned. Thanks! :D

Well you can do, chest press, incline bench press, decline bench press, dumbbell bench press, cable crossovers, dumbbell flies, hammer strength chest press or similar machine press, pec deck and why not work on abs if your stomach sticks out then it looks like you have killer abs:D

The best thing to do, if you feel too skinny, is to try and put on a little weight. Also, you'll fill out within time. Its the way your body works. If your stomach sticks out farther than your chest, and you're skinny, it sounds like you're young, and in the beginning stages of development.
I think everyone goes through either the awkward skinny stage, or the slightly chubby stage. :P

Everything everyone else already said, plus pushups! Pushups actually work your pecs pretty hard and you'll see some muscle build from them. There are also several variations of them you can do.
Also, I don't know if you're up for it, but if you have access to a swimming pool and know how, swimming breaststroke (properly, of course, which is actually very difficult) gives you some pretty intense pecs. I would know, because it happened to me, which is unfortunate, because I don't want them. But you could try that if you were up to it.

For muscle mass you should lift high weight low rep, do 3 sets of a weight that you get to failure after 5-8 reps. Also high protein diet, maybe protein shakes if you need to supplement protein, as a rule you should eat 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Make sure when you workout you get burnt out enough, for chest and back do maybe 4-5 different exercises each and smaller muscle groups maybe 2-3 for 3 or 4 sets each. You can get workout plans and eating plans from either www.bodybuilding.com or www.muscleandstrength.com. Any questions feel free to message me
