Today I was showering, and, as always, I started to masturbate analy. But after like 20 seconds, i had the feeling i was going to faint, and i had to sit down so i won't fall. Idk why this happened, i analy m. before. Is this happened to anyone?:d

i don't anally masturbate, never have and never plan to, but it sounds odd. maybe you hit a nerve or something. anyway, good luck and i hope you're ok.

Yes, i thought about that too. and maybe that in combination with the hot water and the steam...

I do not think that that fainting feeling has anything to do with anal masturbation,
I have personally not tried, but it could be a surge of excitment which has cause an extreme rise in blood pressure, thus causing the faint?

Are there another other normal instance where you get such dizzy spells under intense excitement?

To be honest you hit the vagus nerve:

Parasympathetic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parasympathetic) innervation of the heart (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heart) is controlled by the vagus nerve. To be specific, the vagus nerve acts to lower the heart rate (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heart_rate). The right vagus innervates the sinoatrial node (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SA_node). Parasympathetic hyperstimulation predisposes those affected to bradyarrhythmias (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bradyarrhythmias). The left vagus when hyperstimulated predisposes the heart to atrioventricular (AV) blocks (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heart_block).
At this location, neuroscientist Otto Loewi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Otto_Loewi) first proved that nerves secrete substances called neurotransmitters (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neurotransmitters), which have effects on receptors in target tissues. In his experiment, Loewi electrically stimulated the vagus nerve of a frog heart, which slowed the heart. Then he took the fluid from the heart and transferred it to a second frog heart without a vagus nerve. The second heart slowed down without an electrical stimulation. Loewi described the substance released by the vagus nerve as vagusstoff (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vagusstoff), which was later found to be acetylcholine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acetylcholine). Drugs that inhibit the muscarinic cholinergic receptor (anticholinergics) such as atropine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atropine) and scopolamine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scopolamine) are called vagolytic because they inhibit the action of the vagus nerve on the heart, gastrointestinal tract, and other organs. Anticholinergic drugs increase heart rate and are used to treat bradycardia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bradycardia) (slow heart rate) and asystole (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asystole), which is when the heart has no electrical activity.

Got this from medline plus

this never happened to me, but being a hot shower you could have been dehydrated, and all the steam not helping. also i kno if u body is going under something its not use to it will just shut down and youll pass out. i passed out when i was getting fitted for contacts and i also passed out because of dehydration

I am sorry but I doubt it because if he was in a "SHOWER" he really wouldnt be dehydrated.
