why don't you seek professional help Julie?
It really is a lot easier when you have people supporting you, its a long and difficult process with a high change of relapse. You need to let others help you.

On one hand, yes I think it is possible to teach yourself to eat better and get into the habit of eating regular meals and it not become so controlling of your life.

However, I think without some degree of professional help, you will never have a perfectly healthy relationship with food. I would deffinitely suggest trying to get some form of help.

Good luck in trying to beat your disorder! :hugs:

Of course it is. Honestly, I kinda did it on my own. But I'm still sort of in recovery. The hypnotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists etc that I went to never really helped. However, I gotta say I was an am -extremely determined- to recover because anorexia is HELL. But here's a tip: recovery books. Read them like bibles. Abide by them like bibles. And forums. Something Fishy's a good one. And ask for help from here. And think of ways to recover. Affirmations. Everything. I'm here if you need help.

Faith and Trust

Thank you so much for the help, guys. <3

But I don't think I'll be needing it anymore... :)
