How to start off with Plugs

I want to get plugs at some point within the next month, and I was just wondering how to start. Can anyone help me out? I also want to know what the size is before the hole wont grow back to normal anymore.

Do you just have your ears pierced? The usual piercing size is about 18/20 gauge. If you were planning on getting to a really big plug, say 00, in a month, without hurting your ear lobes, then you can forget about it.


To be perfectly safe and make sure you don't rip your earlobe, you should go up a size in earrings/plugs about once a month/6 weeks. I'd say just go up by one size to make sure you don't damage the tissue more.


I can't definitely tell you a size that will go back to normal since everyone's different. You may not go back at 00, and you may not go back after 6.
