Oi whats a good and safe way to loose weight I excerise every day and don't ever loose any.

eat healthier and in smaller quantities.. and work out more...repeat forever....it's pretty simple

stealing the thread a bit.
in oppersite how do you put on wieght but nit just fat uselful wieght healtheyer foods more energy to do stuff, im really fussy beyond the point or reason firend say i should be dead. also carnt take pills tht have to be swolled hole. just carnt make my self

ok to lose weight can take some time. how much weight do you need to loose?
the key is a healthy diet,
try eating less protein and more grains and veggetables also buying natural food helps alot to.
best thing to do is to stay away from the junk food if you could go for a few months eating healthy with no junk food.
and exersizing regularly thers a good chance you lose weight.

to lose weight all you have to do is have a healthy diet and regular exercise like running,situps and pushups though i wouldnt reccomend weights i read somewhere that depending on your age (16 or younger) weights escpecially heavy ones can damage your muscles because your muscles are not fully developed
