whenever i used to put in tampons it would burn and get stuck and be very painful and i have had to use pads all the time....
is it true that once ur hymen is broken that they are less painful because ur holes bigger???
confused.....

ive heard the same thing and i think so but idunno cuz i usually use pads.

Try using a smaller tampon. The fact that it hurts is because you are putting it in wrong and are not used to having foreign objects in your vagina. Breaking the Hymen does NOT make you bigger, it simply breaks the Hymen, clear as that.

ok but i also got told by an older women staff in my house that once the hymen is broken u can fit larger objects inside ur vagina because the hymen is not there in the way.. is this also true....

Well you an fit LONGER objects, yes. Like when a girl breaks her hymen from intercourse, it breaks to allow the penis deeper in order to impregnant her (That's the scientific reason). The hymen can be broken in many different ways from a tampon to horse back riding.

my last thread about losing virginity i stated that u can lose u can virginity to horseback riding and i got laughed at and told i was wrong... breaking the hymen is losing urvirginity is it not?

anyways tampons are making my life alot easier now that i have lost my period
theres less of a smell and my bf doesnt notice and complain which i love...

Breaking your hymen and losing your virginity are two different things.

A virgin (or maiden) originally meant a woman who has never had sexual intercourse. Virginity is the state of being a virgin. It is derived from the Latin virgo, which means "sexually inexperienced woman"
