Okai..so..Im 16,and I HATE my boob size. Imma B cup. I know theres nothing wrong with that,but...I want a bigger chest. Everyone in my family bugs me about it,because all the women in my family have D,or atleast C cups...And im super self aware about it...Is there anyway to make them grow bigger. Ive read the scams about "Pills and creams" Blah blah blah...But is there any way..Besides surgery?

Your breasts can still grow and possibly will. A lot of girls who come from a large chested family may not develop large breasts until AFTER they begin having children. It happens often that one child just might have the genes from the other side of the family with the small chests.

Honestly, you shouldn't wish for larger ones. They are a pain (literally) and can cause a lot of problems. Lots of women do go in for breasts deduction surgeries because of this. If you want bigger breasts without the hassle just go buy a very good push-up bra. They make bras to help girls whom were born with a smaller chest. Victoria Secret has bras that can make you up to two cup sizes bigger!

I understand I wish mine were bigger too. I have tried everything... I mean everything. I guess we are just gonna have to deal with it. But I have learned if I accent my other features such as my booty, my legs, etc.. then it balances itself out.

You're very lucky. Honestly, it's really better to be smaller than it is to be bigger. Attraction-wise, I don't know about guys, but I like girls with small to medium breasts. I'm not much of a fan of bigger breasts on girls unless they have the body for it. Smaller breasts are cute. :P

My aunt has had DD cup since she was in high school. Right from the start, they were bigger. And she even had breast reduction surgery, but they're still DD today. She absolutely hates it. I would too, honestly. Well, I don't have the body for it, I'm way too thin to have bigger breasts.

But anyway. If it's looks you're after, the only thing anyone will care about is just how they look, not how big they are. The bests breasts I've ever seen weren't all that big. It's about the shape, the overall look of them, and how well your breasts fit with your body. No girl with a thin to medium body looks good with huge breasts. It does not complement smaller figures. Hardly complements any figure either to be honest.

I'm not sure if any of these actually work but here are some methods:
Massage your breasts 10 mins everyday especially under the nipple
Do push ups and sit ups daily
Jump up and down 20 times Untill u feel a stretch
Some people suggest putting melted butter and body butter on your boobs every night but I don't think that works :/
Also if u drink lots of milk it's ment to help especially if you have had it lots ever since u were little

I'm a 34B and I could never be happier! My mom is a C and my grandma and aunt are DD, I could honestly care less though because if God didn't want to have big boobs then so be it

honey you cant do anything about it unless you get it cosmetically done, if your so self conscious about them don't be or wear a push up bra so that it makes em look bigger.

I think a B cup is fine! If you have boobs too big, they will begin to hurt your back the more you exercise. I think you should stick to what you have, there is no way that actually work about from surgery.

I know I'm not supposed to post on this forum but I think it will help. A lot of guys actully like when girls are b cups. To us that's a really good size. Plus it's family, their just teasing you. Come back at them like you have a small.... Hope this helped :D

I think B cup is just fine and it's nothing wrong with it, a lot of girls have a B cup, but if you want your boobs to look bigger, you can always buy one of those push-up bras ... Otherwise, I don't think you have any influence over the size of your chest.

I don't know where pop girl got her information but don't try it. I'm a 34b and perfectly happy with what I have. My mom says when I have kids I will be glad I don't have bigger breast because My breast will increase during pregnancy with the production of milk in them. I know a girl in High school last year who told some of us that she was going to buy a breast pump to make her boobs bigger. FYI. A breast pump is for pumping milk from your breast after you've had a baby if you don't want to nurse.

I'm a 10b or 32b in the USA sizes? Anyways, I think breast size is mostly in your genes. The female body stores fat firstly in thighs/butt and boobs. If you want bigger breasts I suppose you coul eat more but then you'd have a whole new set of problems. To myself I sound hypocritical but just be happy with yourself. Any guy or girl worth it won't care what size you are.

I'm a 36B and I was extremely small before birth control. But don't get me wrong I am happy with my boobs.

sometimes being bigger is not always better I am 36DD and I am 15 - will most likely grow more before I am done, so keep this in mind that you have a ton of growing to do before you're done.

I was also told that working out your chest makes them bigger too..

True there are no "secret" creams or pills to make them bigger. They grow for all sorts of reasons. Since i went on depo-provera, they have gone up a to 36DDD from DD but I havnet gained any weight. don't have to get new bras yet, they are just more full now!! All the women in my family have big boobs, so i am cursed/ blessed to have them. My BFF went from 32C to 34D in one year, so they grow at diff rates on everyone.

I like mine just the way they are, hopefuly they wont get much bigger.....

ive never looked into it cause i rather like my size. i have 32a so mine are pretty small, but i like them that way. i think you just shouldnt worry about it, you should feel proud of the breast you have.
