It is 100% Normal. It will grow every year intill you end puberty which isn't for awhile. Trust me it will get bigger.

At 13, it could grow a lot and you might just not have reached that developmental stage yet.

You are probably behind the average for your age, but that's kind of what average means, some guys are bigger some are smaller. Having said that its pretty irrelevant because at your age some guys are well into puberty and others havent even started. So its not comparing like for like. Its absolutely no indication of what size you will end up with, I cant guess that, nor can you.

So just be patient. Sure its tough if your friends are bigger, but you will catch up with most of them and may overtake some, so just give it time.

well, if im comparing it to myself, yes it is quite small, but if i am comparing it to what I am told the average for 13 year olds like you and me, its still about 2 inches small, but you are probobly just a bit behind in the puberty track. you will eventually grow and become around 6 inches or so. If you are still 2 inches erect by the time your 20, or in your late teens (like 18) you might have micro penis, but since your 2 inches at 13, you should be fine.

Smaller than average for an adult. You'll just be starting puberty at your age though, so it's pretty likely that you'll grow before you're finished with puberty - be patient.
