IMHO, you'd need to study standard human anatomy basics before going the manga-like route. Your knowledge of the relative dimensions of parts of the body is not sufficient and it shows.

Neither "good" or "bad" for me, thus - "further work required" is how I'd label those.

haha i agree too :) im sort of sloppy when drawing hands and feet.

I think you should focus a bit on drawing realistic rendering. I think Loomis books are republished, but I think there are PDFs about them. Get his books and learn how to draw realistically -- and believe me, your manga art style will shoot up quickly.

Just continue the way you're going now, and I'm sure you'll turn out to be absolutely brilliant.
