This is interesting, a quick read up, on this i have learnt that there is a difference between nocturnal orgasm and nocturnal emission.

But i'd suppose what you are referring to is you were actually subconciously wanking when you sleeping.
I would not say its not possible, but on the other hand its possible.

During the REM sleep cycle, is the period of time you would remember your dreams, and thats also the time whereby you mind is the most active.
But if its able to control what you do physically im not sure, it could be somewhat related to sleepwalking.

It would sound more possible if you were in the semi conscious state meaning you are somewhat aware you are wanking, but inbetween sleep cycles.
But in general one would not be asleep during the ejaculation, you would hop out of the sleep cycle ejaculate but the mind shuts off immediately and you would daze back into sleep.

You would then realise that you may actually realise you had a wet dream even before you fully wake, but would verify only after you have hit full conscious.

I have not had such an experience like you have displayed, but i would deem that the mind is a miraculous thing and its capable of extreme possibilities.
