Abortion question

Me and my girlfriend live in vermont and are citizens of vermont. In vermont abortions are illegal; could i go to new york and get an abortion there or do we need to be citizens of new york to get an abortion there. Also if it is illegal in vermont will we not be able to get an abortion out of state?

p.s. sorry this is off topic you guys are good with advice and respond quickly so thank you, also we dont know if she is pregnant yet we are just a little worried. this is just incase she is pregnant.

The laws apply to the state. Just because you are a citizen of one state doesn't mean that the laws of another state don't apply when you are within that state.

Welll... condoms are goooood... but... its legal with parental permission, although this may seem strange, laws in states apply to you, so if you are in New York, the laws of that state apply to you, of course federal/national laws apply to you too, therefore having an abortion there is perfectly legal, but unless you are 18+, you need parental permission and a shitload of cash for an abortion. Hope I was of help... and if you have any friends/siblings above 18 they could help you get a covert abortion, but still it costs a hell of a lot of money.

lizard, that's what i wanted to do in the first place but she doesn't want to do that. She said she'd only give away if her best friend or someone she can really really trust is there to take the baby. But no one would want to do that so we could only abort or have it.

Thank god, atleast someone has a little sense. It doesnt matter if he used a condom or not, there is no way to 100% protect yourself from gettin her pregnant. And, if you cummed on her leg, she is probably fine. Is she late on her period or something?

yeah she is late but she says she feels fine and she doesnt feel like she's getting pregnant and since she is still in puberty her period isn't every month.
