guess it all depends. i have some pretty hot teachers and when i lived on the coast they seemed to be even hotter.

Im sure its normal to get turned on by someone who is hot, and suntanning on the beach.
Regardless if he/she is a teacher or not.

At that point of time you were more interested in the sexual appeal, rather than the position of the person.
The position of the person only creates a psychological barrier of seniority, but sexual appeal towards anyone may transend these barriers.

Your teacher is a woman(or man i suppose) just like any other. If they look good they look good. Their career has nothing to do with their attractiveness.

The other answers are absolutely great. And I agree, it's fine to look and fantasize, but it's an absolute no-no to get involved with them in anything other than his or her job (well maybe being loose friends is okay, mainly like as a supportive figure -- seeking them for advice on life, abuse, support, etc).
