Alright everyone, tell me what is your fav social sites from you most fav to your least. Twitter, Facebook, myspace, messanger, VT, other (name it)

facebook, twitter and flickr are tied for me... flickr isnt too much for social networking. i use it for photos that i take (photography)

are the only ones I actively use. VT is a forum not social networking btw. And other than the 3 above i only use forums and chans. I have accounts on other socialnetworks aswell though.

Twitter - By far the best, not clogged up with games and stuff, and you can talk to people and get to know people you would not easily through facebook as it's all pubic.
Facebook - Eh it's getting boring now.
Google+ - Stupidly it's 18 and over only.

That's weird because In social sites you meet people, get to know them, and communicate just as you do on VT...face it wether this site is ment to be for questions or not...Many people use it to connect togeter. It may not be a facebook but it is surely more than just a questions site....

It may be for some, but a large part of the site is also devoted to socializing. Sure these social sections are probably only there for people who aren't overly social offline, but there is certainly a "social" aspect to it. You may not be associating with your real friends, but if you haven't made any friends from forums such as VT, then you're doing it wrong.

Because that isn't its intentions or is it permitted on any unreasonable level.

I tend to only use Twitter, as that's the only actual social networking site that isn't full of complete idiots and slags. YouTube, Steam and Skype have also been listed but they are also not social networking sites - I use them.

Well on MSN you can add friends, update statuses, add pictures, all on top of chatting.....so everything like facebook, same with youtube except chatting.

Used to be on bebo, myspace and msn several years ago but don't bother with them now lol. I just use it to see what all the people are doing from school now, and to stalk some of the girls that I liked in school but are way out my league haha!! :P

And fb chat is really useful too, for me anyway. :)
