Dirty feeling

I watched porn for the first time last night and into morning. I feel really dirty and different than i did before i watched it. I cant really describe it but i feel really wierd and like ive betrayed my parents or something. This was the first time i watched porn because i was afraid my parents would find it. Has anyone else ever felt like this or am i just trying to internalize what i saw.

Americans seem to be raised as if nudity and sex, porn are "dirty" so I think the feeling are natural esp following the first time. Watching porn, also, isn't for everyone. If your internal struggles are that deep then don't do it anymore or wait and just give yourself time to reassess it.

Yea I did, and thats the main reason I stopped shortly after. Its normal to feel regret, and its up to you whether you are OK with it and will continue to watch, which is normal too.

I have no regrets whatsoever...Any more that is. When I first began watching porn and wanking for that matter, I always felt like I was bad, and had betrayed them.

Porn is a way that people explore their sexuality, its okay to watch in moderation, if u continue to watch it every now and then its fine, it only becomes a problem if u brush aside more important things to watch it.

It is important to know that what u see in porn movies is not what sex is really like and not every guy has a monster between there legs ect ect ect. in other words dont compare yourself to what you see on the internet.

As for guilt........ well it can be normal to feel like u betrayed your parents trust, but your male and a teenager so....... they kind of expect it, but they will be anoyyed because who really wants to think there child has grown up.......

Also make sure you clean your internet history when your done

This guy has a perfect answer! And yeah, it seems to be normal to feel kinda dirty or guilty after watching porn, but I'm not sure why.. It happens to me sometimes, but less often now. Just try to take your mind off of it, access your thoughts and what's the underlying cause of your discomfort. Maybe porn just isn't your thing, and that's perfectly fine.

And I couldn't help noticing but you and I are from the same state! :D

I know how you feel, the first time I looked at porn on the computer, I went through a few school days of fearing my parents would find out.:( Today I've learned how to delete history on the computer.;)

Yeah I have this browser with an incognito tab so it doesn't remember any history or searches or anything. I was disgusted though with what the girls were doing and how they called it a "monster." It was just so staged and they were classless. Is there such a thing as classier porn?

i totally understand and it's really normal to feel guilty about it. it's really just up to you if you choose to watch it again. there shouldn't be shame for watching it and there shouldn't be shame for not watching it. we all have urges, and everyone satisfies them in different ways. :)

Well unfortunatly thats what most of the porn on the internet is, U can search, were not allowed tell, but if u do watch again dont click on the first video you see look for something that will suit yourself
