i keep a hand towel close by my bed. I used to let it go on my bed but its nasty. I jsut throw the towel in the wash. I do my own laundry

It depends if your jizz is self induced or nocturnal,
If its happening due to j/o, then id guess tissues or a towel would save plenty of hassle cleaning up.

But if its due to wet dreams, i'd suppose you have to clean up after yourself, there no way that you can actually be prepared for a wet dream untill you've had one.
Studies have shown that frequent j/o does reduce the probability of wet dreams occuring, so i guess its up to how you intend to handle it.

jizz does cause yellow stains on sheets if they are not handled properly.

Lay on your back, cum on your belly then wipe of with either tissues, toilet paper, towel, sock, undies, shirt etc etc etc.
