It's not possible to hack Black Ops. Not even the most skilled hackers manage it. If you infect yourself you'll get banned within 10 minutes.

I can understand hacking single player games such as pokemon, to give yourself a little help. But sitting on a multiplayer game with an aimbot or a wallhack is just fucking pathetic.

Hacking game for personal use is all right.

BTW Hacking game does not significantly mean you are cheating or using codes to do something to win in the game. Some people Hack Roms(usually dubbed as Rom Hacking) to add some stuff and remove some stuff, or make the game better overall.

Of course, this tinkering is for personal use. Illegal and profitable distribution is, of course, not allowed.

The best form of Hacking, in my opinion, are the translation packs.

Hey everbody, I'm quite suprised at how many posts appeard on this thread. Tho i classify a proper hacker as someone who makes the hacks, I usually create injectors for FPS games, for example crossfire, Black opps, Combat Arms...
Injector was something used to bypass the anti hack software and inserted the actual hack. I havn't been making many injectors lately as my last release was a success and hasnt been patched yet.
Now that's a hacker, the people who use hacks aren't exactly hackers. I also make Cracks and these are not hacks as many people might say.

Depends on what you call "hacking".
If you mean extending software/hardware in weird (yet fun ;)) ways, then yes, I've already done that, and I love it ;).

If you mean breaking into computer systems, then no, I haven't done that, as I consider it unethical (and it is usually illegal). Same for developing game cheats - ir ruins the fun of honest players, so no, I would never do such a thing.

Developing cheats for games is super fun, u have no idea whats actually possible.
I actually think I've a pretty good idea on what's possible, given that I've already been exposed to players using them (like probably everybody else playing online at one point or another), and also that I've tried to get infos about cheating prevention techniques for my own game pet project.

Developing them can be fun, of course, but seeing them used actively in play is not for other players. I much prefer hacks that actually extend what's possible in a given game, providing a better experience for everybody.

lol I'm sure he knows that its dangerous so he probally wont do it again. Also developing the hacks isnt that much fun compared at being able to do anything in the game using ur own hack. But I do hate people who wine at the hacks I use and ask me how to get them...

Well thats ur opinion, usually i just make Injectors but I also make Mods (or Addons some might call), and Mods can change a variety of things in ur game, for example how u look, nametags, fonts, different designs for ur game. Which can make ur game much more exiting and Funny in some ways.
