:wub:ok so iam 14 going on 15 and my nieghbor is 14 going on 15 we go to different schools and i just broke up with my girlfriend and she just got out of a relationship we have known each other for many many years i think almost 12 years now but anyway i think iam in love with her but iam not sure if she feels the same way we like baseball we RC race we go to the mall together heck we even play call of duty together she is bigger and taller then most girls but she is athletic she play basketball and is quite good but if u read myother threads she is the one i accidently shot in the eye with a BB gun(wasnt my fult gave her goggles she pulled them down ect..) and idk if her parents like me but we still talk on a regular basis and when we were younger we almost kissed but didnt i was really close to her grandfather who died a few years back and ik her grandma very well and her grandma lives in my grandmas apartment building ect... how do i find out if she likes me? because we even talked about her guy troubles and she helped my with my girl troubles is it right to ask her out if we r that close or will it ruin our friendship?

just tell her the way you feel, when you two are hanging out together that would be a good time to talk about that. Ask her if she feels the same way about you.

I agree with the person above me, you should just tell her what you feel or you can also give her hints and see her reaction.

You have to know though, if she rejects you or for some reason doesn't like you back it's gonna be tough and awkward for a while but she'll be aware of your feelings then, meaning she could start liking you back.

I feel your pain, my friend and I have known each other forever too, and we are great freinds, and I like like her, but idk if she does me. I dont even know if she is straight, she could be a lesbian for all I know... but I'm guessing she is straight. Someone suggested to just wait untill we are older because it could make things really akward if I was to ask, but there really isn't anyone else I like the same way... so yeah, post on mine, we can talk.

lol, exactly my feelings on the matter w/ my wanna b gf, but, think about it this way, maybe im wrong, but, how many childhood/teenhood relationships last. and how many of those last well? Most end in breaking up, not to be a downer, but if you do wait untill your older, then its less likely to end, but then again, she might have found some one by then. I can argue with myself all day, but I dont have a for sure answer lol, maybe some1 here on VTF will have 1.

My friend and I have never had a very dating type relationship, we have never tried to kiss, we really dont hang out that much, but we do live quite close together, and we train in karate together, and we have done so since we were like four years old. Our current relationship is almost like her being my sister, heck she even once called my mom "mom" more as a joke than anything else, but we are that close that it wouldnt b remotely strange if she refered to her as such... Even so, I all of a sudden have feelings towards her, unlike before.

well all my relitives know her i have taken her to more then one family get together and hse live right next door and if we did get into something and she got mad that would suck cause i have to deal with her next door and we only tried to kiss twice maybe and i condsider her my sister cause she asks me for advice and i ask her for advice i think iam going to buy her MW3 and see how that works out cause my ps3 is busted iam going to buy it right a card applogizing for the bb gun accident and see how it goes from there and you 13 right?or did u just turn 14?

i asked my friend out, and she was sad that she rejected me, but there isnt any awkwardness between us
