In australia, if you are both underage, I think there isn't a penalty if it is concensual. Just try not to get caught

I think even in Australia that's still going to count as statutory if it's guy/girl. The laws on so-called "sodomy" + underage sex I'm not so familiar on.

But in Singapore, it is punishable by the law for statutory rape if you are having sex with a minor be it consensual or not.

And our law pretty much protects women rather than guys, so guess we are at a slight disadvantage here.

Here, Anyone 14 and older is legal to have sex with anyone he or she wants. I am not sure what happens if 13yo and 14yo having sex are caught by police.

If both parties are consenting and similar ages, in almost all countries there are no penalties for having sex underage. It's more a deterrent - but even then, underage children can still get free condoms and stuff. It's like how the government provides heroin addicts with clean needles.

Well, not saying this is right but, it depends who is older, the older one will get charged with the statutory rape. Doesn't matter if they are a second older a day. Just how the legal system works. But I say if you both agree, go for it. Just don't get caught and use a condom. Always use a condom even if she is on the pill, or if its a boy, just put one on. A condom is your best friend, no glove no love.

Laws very a lot it seem and it appears that the age of consent is 16 with varying laws for each areas.

There's no penalty for getting caught having sex if your under 17.

It's just frowned upon. Make sure you wear a condom put it that way.
