Some questions both boys and girls

GirlS when you are upset what do you like a guy to say and how do you like him to react ?

Guys when you see a girl upset what do you usually do to try to cheer them up?

give them a big hug try and make them feel better and talk to them try and be comforting and telling them it will be okay

I don't know why this can't apply to both genders, but okay.
If I am upset, I would like for a guy to hug me and tell me it's gonna be okay, or ask me what's wrong. I would want for him to listen to me and understand my pain. Mostly I'd just wanna be held...

If I see my friend upset, male or female, I would give them a hug, and sit down and talk to them. If they wouldn't want to talk, I would just sit quietly next to them, just to let them know that I'm here for them.

If I am upset then I would like girl to possibly put an arm round me, possibly for her to just sit quitely next to me. Maybe just hearing her voice might help.
If I see girl upset I would sit next to her and talk quietly, asking and mainly listening to what her problem is and just generally be comforting to her.
If I see a guy upset I would ask him what the problem is, listen and then just try and find a way to cheer him up.
