There are tons of penis lenght girth etc. surveys. But I didn't find any useful survey about testicles. It is more difficult to measure too. I did quite some research. Testicular size as I understand indicates if you have started puberty and what stage you are in. It also indicates how fertile one could be. They say that the bigger testes the more sperms in your semen. Thats important feature, isn't it? Less than 4ml is prepubertal size While 18–20 ml is an average adult size, there is wide variation in testicular size in the normal population, as wikipedia says.
How to measure your testicles?
Usually it is done, using orchidometer and comparing sizes of orchidometer and your testicle. Only I can quess there is not so many orchidometers at homes  There is workaround!
First you gotta take hold of your testicle like you are going to measure it with orchidometer. Hold your testicle between your fingers.
Then you have to measure testicle lenght and width. As orchidometry uses milliliters for measuring testicular volume, measurements should be done in cm.
You could convert inches to cm by multiplying inches by 2.56.
As testicles resemble ellipsoids, there is an ellipsoid volume calculator
http://www.csgnetwork.com/volumeellipsoid.html
NB!!! you should divide your measurements by 2 as ellipsoid calculator need radiuses not diameters! So you should enter to calculator half of the value you measured
Use measured testicle width in height too as I assume they are quite equal.
And now you should get a precise volume in milliliters. Quite a job! Phew
--------------------------------------------------
For example:
If you measure testicle lenght in Inches, one Inch is 2,56cm. If you get 1,68 Inches, then multiply the result by 2,56. 1.68Inches*2,56 = (approximately) 4,3cm.
Measured lenght is 4,3cm. Now I am lazy to measure width, knowing proportions I just multiply 4,3*0,7=3.01. To get width.
I got Lenght 4,3cm Width 3,01cm and Height 3,01cm as well. Before I enter values into calculator provided, I have to convert diameter to radius or divide values by 2. And I get
Width radius - 2,15cm
Height radius - 1,505cm
Width radius - 1,505cm
Now enter these values to corresponding fields of the calculator and you should get the result 20.347589784270795 mL Which is the volume of measured testicle in milliLiters.
Well, as it is difficult to measure such a soft thing like testicle, the result is not precise. You could round the result to 20mL.

Here is the survey:
