Dark marks on my skin.

I have these dark circles covering both of my armpits that have been there for about two to three weeks and I have NO idea how to get rid of.
I feel them irritated everytime I wear deodorant but I spent a week without any and they didn't seem to fade away. I'm wearing long sleeves right now because my father told me it could be caused by the heat, the sweat and the friction of the skin.
I haven't seen any improvements so far. Help?

Also, I'm not sure if this is of any importance but sometimes they get really itchy.

It could be a rash caused by your deodorant, seeing as how it gets irritated when you use it. I should think a visit to a GP would be in order. Or maybe try an antihistamine cream on your armpits? I dunno.

Well, that was my first thought but as I previously statted it doesn't seem to be the cause.
I would LOVE to go to a GP but my parents tell me it's a stupid reason and won't take me there. I'm using aloe cream at the moment, helps with the itching and a bit of the rash but the marks are still there.

use something for athletes foot possibly. it might be a bacterial something like that. does it get kinda wet sometimes and burn?

Well, no. It doesn't burn and neither does it get wet (Unless it's with sweat.) The feeling is that of a rash, really.

Goldbond medicated anti-itch powder or some Benadryl, try to go to the GP.

if you've shaved your armpits dry then you're problem is simple. My advice is just leave them alone for a couple days, let them breath and put some cordaide on them.(anti-itch creams) But not a lot and rub it in if you can
