Title is self-explanatory. I am a 15 year old boy turning 16, with a height of 5"7.5 (171 cm) and a slim frame of 113 pounds (52 kg). I don't work out and I've never really watched my diet. On one hand, I should be grateful as my physical appearance could have been much worse, but on the other hand, it can definitely be improved a notch or two. How do I get started? Not really that muscular (obviously) and I don't have any of those fancy equipment for working out.

P.S: As a side note... when will I stop growing? The average height of the male population is about 5"9 but for whatever reason most of the guys in my class are already at that height and some are even taller! Kind of alarming.

high weight low rep is for building muscle, low weight high rep is for getting tone. growing depends on you. normally early 20's i think.

Yeah as he said, high weight low rep, if you have no equipment try weighted push ups, weighted pullups general exercises like that also go to "muscleandstrength.com" and go to the home gym section for workouts.

Does your school have an equipment room? If so, see if the coach/teacher will let you in there for a little while before or after school.
