May sound a bit simplistic but join a youth club, it dosnt have to mainstream sports, but anything that takes your fancy, it will get you some social interaction and out of the house on a regular time period and then you can make time around that for your gaming. I joined a bowling club hadnt a clue what to do, made some friends got on a team and am now in 2 different leagues, so no i have practice and 2 nights im out of the house

If you have a desire to do something different - go out and do it, call your friends up or enjoy the sun; read a book. There's no better way to do it than stand up, go out and do it when you would be playing games or whatever.

Your a teenager. At this time, its all of the hormones raging and there really isn't much you can do to control it. However, there are a few ways you could not j/o as much.
1. Try to keep yourself around friends/family a lot of the day.
2. Do things that have absolutely nothing to do with video games/ j/o (read, go outside, bike etc...)
3. Anything else that you enjoy doing.
