how do you change your date of birth?

I went onto the 'edit your details' to have a look, and theres a section to say whether you show your age or date of birth or whatnot, and according to that I was born in 1992 :/ When infact my birth year is 1995, I dont remember setting it to that, and if I did, I didnt mean to. This may sound like a stupid question, but do you know how to change it? x
